You may be Googling the definition for clinical depression…
…because you are convinced it has set in.
It’s Sunday night.
My unscientific survey has determined that Sunday night is the lowest psychological and emotional point of the week for many.
Your wonderful weekend has turned into a evil eve of anticipated horror for the coming days.
It’s just Sunday night…relax.
You can do this.
You did it just last week…and the week before that.
I have an idea.
This evening, send one text of encouragement to a friend.
Or a quick phone call to let someone know you will be thinking about them this week.
Post something positive on your social network.
An extension of encouragement will go a long way to cause you to forget it’s…Smonday…the moment when Sunday begins to cross over into Monday.
As hard as it may be, refuse to give into the negative anticipation of Monday and instead look at the upcoming week as five opportunities to influence those you come in contact with.
Don’t wait til Wednesday to be awesome.
Begin tonight…Sunday night…the springboard of success.
Love it John. You are so right that sometimes we let the worries of Monday ruin the rest of our weekend. Thank you for the reminder.
