You knew within a very short amount of time that they were exactly what you were looking for.
They were the perfect fit.
Whether that was as an employee, an employer, a spouse, a creative partner, a business investor, or simply a friend.
Your right brain connected with their left brain.
You sneezed constantly…they snored incessantly…it didn’t matter.
Yes, you were attracted to each other, but being attracted to someone does not always indicate a romantic relationship.
Definition of attracted: cause (someone) to have a liking for or interest in something.
And when you are attracted to something, or have an interest in something, you are less likely to be distracted from something…that you are destined for.
Whether a personal goal or a professional milestone your efforts are more likely to pay off when you are attracted to the potential and benefit of the end result.
God looks at the gifts and talents he has placed within you in a similar manner.
God expects us to use our so called God given talents for him, for his Glory and to benefit others.
Look for the people in your life who push you to God, not pull you away from Him.
Seek those who make you a better person, a stronger person, and that do not manipulate your natural weaknesses.
Focus in on those goals that make your heart beat faster and that fit your skill set.
Look for ways to compliment the gift in others.
Become the perfect fit for someone else and you will find your perfect fit as well.
“Under his direction, the whole body is fitted together perfectly, and each part in its own special way helps the other parts, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.” Ephesians 4:16
