Tomorrow Is Another Day

February 15, 2015 by John Hembree Leave a Comment

TomorrowVivian Leigh as Scarlett O’Hara said it best for many of us.

“After all, tomorrow is another day.’

And it is.

Maybe you are a sappy hopeless romantic and you look forward to Valentine’s Day like some people look toward Christmas.

I do.

Maybe you were expecting Cupid to outdo himself this year in terms of love overload.

I was.

Maybe you were sadly disappointed in this entire weekend from start to finish.

That’s me.

So, what now?

Sunday night and another work week is upon us.

We can look back at this weekend and wonder what went wrong.

Everything…let’s leave it at that.

We can look at the challenges of the week ahead and slowly stick our head back in our shells.

Or, we can lift our head proudly and confidently and say as Scarlett O’Hara did, “After all, tomorrow is another day.”

And it is.

We have the unique opportunity to mold Monday into a magnificent mountain of molten magic.

In other words?

Make it your day.

Don’t look back.

Don’t look too far forward.

“Tomorrow, tomorrow, I love you tomorrow, you’re only a day away.”

Oops, different movie.
