Sure, you can talk it up and say you’re willing to do anything.
But when it comes down to it, how bad do you actually want it?
What about when your alarm goes off at 5 in the morning and you can either sleep another two hours or get up and get moving?
Or when it’s pouring rain and freezing cold outside?
What about when you feel like you’re gonna lose everything you’ve eaten for the last week after that last set of burpees?
What about when you have more blisters on your hands than you can count?
And bruises on your knees like no tomorrow?
What about when it’s 45 degrees outside and the workout includes running 2 miles….outside.?
But what about when you push past the pain?
What about when you get your second wind and end up doing twice as much weight or twice as many reps?
What about when you up your weight by 30 lbs in a month?
What about that toned body you’re starting to see?
What about those inches you have lost already?
You get what you give.
You are your own worst enemy.
The only thing stopping you is yourself.
So get up, lace up, suck it up, and do work.
