In the eighteenth chapter of Acts in “red letters” it says, “Do not be afraid any longer, but go on speaking and do not be silent:”
We gloss over truth, we dance around the true intent of God’s Word and make it a feel good book.
It ain’t a feel good book without repentance. Then you get to feel good knowing that none of our actions and one of his actions allows you the grace and mercy to be able to even hold your head up above ground level.
The arrogance and ignorance that is being displayed in pulpits across the United States is astounding. Arrogance and ignorance is a dangerous combination when given a platform.
It is not those type men and women that Luke was addressing as it relates to Paul speaking out.
We need more ministers like Balaam’s ass (KJV). Though beaten they spoke the truth and it saved people’s lives. I want to be God’s jackass. Every now and then say something that will change the direction of another person’s life for their own good.
We need to stop telling others how to change the world and show them how to change the world.
Be silent no longer. Speak out. Write it. Say it. More importantly, we must scream it through our actions.
